Common questions
How do I change my unlock goal?
Open Earnd, tap Rules, and use the − / + controls for steps and exercise minutes. Changes take effect the next day so today's unlock isn't suddenly harder.
Earnd isn't counting my steps.
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Earnd and make sure Steps, Active Energy, and Exercise Minutes are all enabled for reading. If your iPhone is in low-power mode for extended periods, HealthKit writes may be delayed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Earnd, and choose Cancel. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Will Earnd come to Android or web?
No. Earnd is built directly on Apple's Screen Time and FamilyControls frameworks — there isn't an equivalent on other platforms, and we'd rather do one thing well than dilute the idea.
